WTB forged shortblock

Trying to find a shortblock someone doesnt need or just whatever. I threw a rod outta the block on my stocker

I have one that is out of my car, 8.5:1 compression, will come as a long block, with black powdercoated cam covers, timing cover. Stock heads and stock cams. $3600 plus shipping, that motor held over 800 rwhp on my TT kit. Leakdown test checked out fine, if I dont sell i will keep it as a backup for racing.

Well hell I wish i could afford that but i really dont need a long block my top end is fine i was looking at the MMR shortblocks and found one good for 750hp im not sure if its rwhp, i would assume it is, but anyway it is 2499. So i was looking for a good, used shortblock for cheaper than that. I know its hard to find a good used one and theyre expensive as hell but its worth a shot to ask haha

I saw that and i am definitely interested but I really really really want fuckin forged internals lol i dont wanna worry about another block going and also i want to be able to push more BOOST!!! I was asking about the one you have or had for sale i think someone said something about it or maybe you, im about to check... thanks for the help man

as we all know your rolling the dice with mmr. you might want to search and see what kind of product they be building for people. yes there are some fortunate ones but either it doesnt hold up and/or they dont stand behind their product. in the long run you might want to go with that long block then you can sale your top end and also not have to buy head studs, gaskets, labor, etc....

Yea bro I have heard they had a bad rep Kuro on here is helping me out with everything he is definitely on top of his game with this kinda thing and said they have come a long way since what they used to be but ur right about that long block it is something i will consider for sure. as much as i want it i just dont have the money right now but maybe i can pull something outta my ass haha

From what i've read on all the stang forums, no way in hell would i give MMR any of my money.. I would go JDM shortblock, FRPP Aluminator shortblock, or Brenspeeds B302 shortblock... Best prices for a great shortblock. I hope they are within my budget in a few years.
