Sorry, I don't have one, I tossed my original one, since it was bad. Just make sure you get the "new and improved" TPS and not the early '05 style. The early style has a rounder housing, and the newer is more square and slightly bigger, also the internals a beefed up and has more metal and less plastic in the blade slot. Pretty easy to tell them apart.
One Ford tech from a local dealership saw the old round one on my car a few months ago and claimed he had never seen one last that long before, and he had replaced dozens of them. My car would go into fail safe some times with bad TPS codes, fixed with the new style TPS.
