Yes I did and I'm not Ford but it's the only scenario that makes sense.

Certain items FRPP carries are simply repackaged OEM parts, in many cases FRPP has to fight to get access to these due to backlash from the dealer network and depot system because the FRPP kits take sales away from them. We're actually lucky the kit didn't get dropped all together. This price increase wasn't FRPPs idea to make more money, it's the only way they could keep selling the kit.

The biggest jump was in the M-6004-463V kit, it was previously an insane bargain, great deal for you guys but seriously underpriced.

One cam phaser is $214.00 from me at employe pricing they retail for $324 each, the complete timing set is now $426.80 so you're basically buying two phasers and getting the chains, guides, tensioners and everything else in the kit for free.

No way can you put the kit together for the same or less than the FRPP kit even at the new higher price.

Makes sense. I was kind of surprised at the steering racks. Since I had to replace my broken one anyway, half the reason I went with the FRPP one was price. It ended up being ~$300-ish cheaper than just stock replacement. Seems a no-brainer there.

That's fucking priceless right there.
I paid $285.99 US last August and here I was thinking I got a bargain.
I believe the exchange at the time was $1.27 for $1.00 US.

I guarantee you with my luck if I bought a set they would go down to $50.00 the next day.

Great to know Steve.
I'll be calling you in a few weeks once I get back from vacation.
Any idea what employee pricing is on the stage 2 3V heads?

The M-6049-N3VPA and M-6050-N3VPA?

$879.00 each, free shipping within the lower 48 if ordered as a set (yes people do order one at a time occasionally).

Steve,
What about pricing on those FRPP Stage 3 3V heads?
The heads with the oversize valves.

Are they even available anymore?

My card has been billed and the parts have shipped, I'll know by next week if I get the set or if this is just a single phaser with the wrong UPC slapped on it.

My guess is that someone missed the price increase. Not a big deal for them as long as they have them in stock from before the price change went in to effect although there's something way out of whack with that price no matter when they bought them.

I can still get them, $1535.00 each.

Hopefully you're getting what you think you are. That price is really weird.

Soooo... Price is around $175 Canadian right now, subject to change hourly as per Amazon's algorithm based model.

That is about $135 USD. Any money I get I would try to keep in US funds in my paypal account for future use.

If anyone wants a setup, let me know. I would like to make some money on this, I'm thinking of offering them up at USD $300 which AFAIK was about the old retail price, plus the actual cost of shipping. This probably won't last. I'm ordering 2-3 sets today. If nobody here would like them, I can sell on ebay, etc..

Ordered - they have predicted delivery anywhere between May 13th and June 4, 2015. I got these in about 5 days, so there's something different about this - Amazon must have to source the parts from FRPP or something.

Yeah, came with a banana, weird, maybe that's why they're so cheap.
