hahaha nah stick with what you got, Im sure youll make good numbers. What were you making before the heads and cams.

326 hp sae 336 std...

which got me into the 11's with DA levels above 3000 :beerdrink:

so I figure with fall coming up this new combo is going to hit the sweet spot right away. Then this winter I will devise a plan for less weight and maybe make belly pans and under trays....

Next big mod I have been thinking latley is a T56 magnum with 4.88's

Been thinking about a VFN Lift off cowl hood too.... but might be a pain in the ass for a street car

Remember all those old thread back a year or so ago Chad? (is it possible to make 400hp Na blah blah blah) lol Now it's time to lay it all down and actually do it instead of countless threads xD

I can see the dyno reading 399rwhp already...:beerdrink:

I ran the VFN pin-on on my DD for about 6 months before i sold the car. Its really not that bad. The only thing i ever worried about was leaving it in parking lots knowing it only takes 30sec to get the hood off

Im not worried about that... just the fact of me putting it on my self without scratching everything lol I would use the race craft zsus rails

I'm really excited to see the track results from your new build matt. It will give some of us head/cam N/A guys a goal to shoot for later down the line... with the right mods and weight reductions of course :beerdrink:. Good luck buddy.

Mark this thread... T'is when "Matt D" goes dyno! :gay:

In all seriousness, seeing 400+ on a legitimate dyno (not cold run, 40wt in the rear axel, (insert any other race only/kill street car 'mods', etc... ) ) will be a grand day indeed :beerchug2:

I'm still thinking about that hood. I'm going to hate not being able to pop my hood for a quick check while in the lanes. If the VFN the lightest hood out there for the s197?

Lowering the hoist until everything lines up and bolting in the 6 main bolts for the K-member. Thanks to my buddy Tony for helping be line the car up with the motor as I lowered the hoist saved me alot of time from going back and forth :p
