got a 1 year warranty on it. they told me to mount it in the cabin from now on. Fuel pressure gauge tested fine at their facility, turns out you have to run a ground from the sender, wish the instructions would have said that!!

Whats the point of a electrical boost gauge if you have to run a mechanical line into the cabin for the sensor!? lol

Might as well get a regular mechanical one, its more reliable and accurate.

Mechanical boost gauge ftw!

As for the fp gauge.
Where at on the sender? lol So imguessing one of those wires of the 2 is ground to chasis and just one sends signal to the gauge.

I hear you on the mech. Gauge. The tech said to run a seperate ground wire from the sender to a ground. When he told me the gauge worked on his end that's the first thing that popped in to my head to do, just wish I had thought of it at first

It's official, the blue car is for sale. I'll post up a thread tomorrow. Let me know if anyone is interested.

The cobra??? What happened? Did you get the clutch fixed?

I see lots of people saying they would love to have an 03/04 Cobra, hopefully it goes fast....list it on SVTPerformance as well as they get a lot of Termi traffic on there.

Yeah, gonna post it all over. Never did get the clutch installed but it will be included. Found out last week the Navy is no longer in need of my services. Cashing out and heading home.

Damn Bryan. WTF???

My health is getting worse and its time to go home. I've been in and out of the hospital since the last time I saw you. Gonna sell both of the Mustangs and head home and buy a house. Once things settle out I'm going to find a clean notch to build.

Yeah, still waiting to hear what they are offering. Its looking like 100% disabled but we have to wait and see. We are heading to Michigan, lots of family and cheap housing and I should be able to retire. The red car is an '11 but since we just got it we owe more than its worth right now.

So 100% disability with full retirement? I know you are right on the edge of being "allowed" to retire.

Sucks about having to sell both cars...esp in this economy coupled with watching the deals people are getting for brand new 5.0's.

When is all of this taking place?

It could be as soon as 3 months or as long as a year. That's the part that realy sucks, the not knowing. I paid cash for the blue car so I can work on the price some but I'm not going to give it away either. I've been thinking about selling it for a few months. I realy want to build a fox so that will be the next project once we get settled.

Sorry to hear about your health. Wish you the best.
Can you still use the post GI bill? Three years of that would get you BAH every month as well.
