3782lbs, 9.28@147 3580' DA . The car is defintely coming along. I will see the 8 sec club very soon here.Hell Im still running the small engine, cant wait til I get my big bore in the car.
My wifes car ran a new best of [email protected], and had several passes past 130 mph. Her race weight was 3917 lbs ,full street car driven daily NO BS. Im poud of the wifey, she went 7 rounds her very first bracket race:clap::clap: and even won some money.

You better post a timeslip for you and your wife on the ET timeslip thread. Don't be lazy, and don't make me come down to your shop and kick your ass.

BTW, congrats. Post the slip---I want to see the 60' time on that pass.

You also ran a 9.31 on the very next pass. That 9.28 was no fluke.

It was a blast out there this weekend!!

We were all hanging out cheering for Brandy as she mowed down the competition!!! Good times for sure!!

Oh yea, that black car is OK, too... hahaha. Paul, I saw a 1.35 60' on one of his slips.

Congrats! Too bad about the blower - sounds like you could have seen an 8 even here if things went better. Yeah, you would have gotten tossed - but it would have been a sweet exit on the last pass...lol

Well Donna obviously can drive circles around Don and because Don had a hose malfunction, I guess that makes Brandy's car the fastest and most reliable ST car out there. You are a smart man cause Brandy would kick your ass if her car didn't run perfect...lol

Seriously, good showing and congrats!

LOL... we didn't mention that the exhaust came loose on one of her passes, and a chipped ring gear required an overnight repair on Saturday night.

Bottom line... the quicker these heavy cars get, the more chance there is for something to break. It is something we ALL have to accept and deal with.

Yes we did, and yes she can. :thumb: She's finally taking advantage of the weight differential she has on me. I've told her for a long time, that if she can get the thing to launch at its optimum rpm point, then she should run a 1/10 quicker than me since she's 100 lbs lighter.

Maybe I shouldn't have taught her that much... :kill:hahaha
