My grass took a beating over the last summer, so its in recovery mode still, plus I am stationed away from my house so I cant really help the fiance.

That was like September. Its getting better, cause I have been occasionally home and working on it, but its a work. Used to have a pure green lawn so it sucks, been busy finishing our covered patio as well.

the house looks great tho. it looks like a 3k+ sqft home. we do what we can. no one is going to get upset if your priorities have shifted to other more important projects. we gotta pick our battles

Appreciate it man, work in progress. 3600sq ft, 5bd 4.5 bath, little overkill for me and the fiance, but kids are in the works and we got a great deal. Built in '10, owner built it and never lived in it, bought it. Not bad for my first house purchase at 23yrs old lol.

Wow....I'm 20 and just moved out of my house into an apartment, while I go to a really good school full time, and I thought I was moving things along rather quickly.

that is great man. were on the same boat. I turn 26 next month and i bought this house when I was 24. It sure is alot of house for any family. Im at 2700 sqft 5 bdrooms and I thought it was overkill, cant imagine an extra 1000 sqft haha. everything is bigger and better in TX!

Thats still good man, I go to part time at UTSA while still being stationed in SA for now, another deployment in July as well.

And much appreciated, it looks much different from that picture as well now too haha.

Hell yeah, you have a beautiful home as well man. Its pretty big, and theres 4 guest bedrooms for now lmao, and they are actually furnished(thanks to rents having extras to give out for new ones) TX is a great market for housing thats for damn sure.
