Never enough power guy!
If it quits completely then it will shut off, but not all pumps go out that way so it would not be a solution, a big ass pressure referenced warning light would be of help.
In my setup, I have the aeroforce set to lit if deltaP comes below 40psi, having the system set to 50psi and in the current config of injectors and boost, system still works with 40 psi and a little under that pressure so it will lit before it goes lean because of it.
I know autometer has oil pressure warning lights, don't know if there is something configurable to be set at say 40psi with a gas/oil compatible sensor.
So one big pump could still slow before it fails and cause the same issue. Thats what I was thinking.
I have the Autometer oil warning light on my car so I know what you are talking about there. I have a port on my fuel rail for a psi sensor that could be used. I will look into it. I think my Autometer WB has a warning light that can be set but I will have to see if there is a WOT only setting so its not on while cruising.
