There is a local drag strip that me and my friends go to...They allow passengers (as long as they wear a helmet) I'm pretty sure that you can run low 11's or even 10's with no helmet or roll cage...redneck drag strip ftw!

PS. Its also BYOBeer

Must be talking about Prairie Hill. If they're open Nov. 1, I'm planning on testing new tires then. Can't get drunk and race though or bring bottles.

For winter mods I'm planning on installing all the junk taking up space in the garage. UCA, K member, LT, DS, DS loops, CMDP, TC (hopefully get that done Oct. 31) and maybe some more. I might even stay home long enough to get some of this done before spring.

New shifter and torque limiter for me....haven't thought any bigger than that yet. Slicks if I sell a REALLY big house soon, and maybe Welds. And a Raptor shift light......

That oughta cover it for now.

Oh forgot......and a new tune and bigger pulley would be nice too.....but gotta sell a bigger house first.

Why a bigger pulley and not a smaller one ????

I haven't heard of anyone wanting to make less power.

No slicks, go drag radials.
Oh I think you ment to say smaller pully!

Myself, car is off the market! I am going put my bogarts up for sale, Comes with Saleen 14inch brakes, 4 grand gets rims tires, brakes, hardware shipped!

Going to new 15s and MTs with smaller brakes, Also working a potential sponsor to have a built motor, thinking I may want to make a assault on that low et for a 3v mark. I am considering built motor with full worked over blower with a custom NOS kit. 8.0s is the goal. I should have my answer from the builder in 6 weeks. JDM will still do the tuning, but not the build. We will see.

It's been a LONG time since Liz got to show some love to the car. At this point, it would be thrilled if I bought it another piece of billet under the hood.

And I stand corrected about the pulley. Thanks for not making me feel like an idiot.

Dream would be have JDM do the dyno and tune in person. That would be better than Santa coming to town!

1. More sponsors. Two or three really good ones would do the trick.
2. A daily driver.
3. Forged internals (although a 3.700 bore aluminum block would thrill me immensely)
4. 3.73 gears and Tru-Track. Girdle cover would be nice too.
5. SOS gauge pillar and a few gauges.
6. The girl in Hitman's avatar. :doggy:

You can have my Raptor shift light if you want it--I put it somewhere in the garage--let me look around. I just put in a new Autometer shift light.

I just put in a rear seat delete, contemplating Corbeau race seats, ordered a gt500 throttle body from JDM, looks like I'm buying used Bogarts shortly, and if I get a bonus this year :)roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:) I'll buy a set of ported heads and likely a different aftermarket cam set. After that I forget about the '05 for a while and do some engine work on the '97....

Now if the car business keeps tanking, I wont have any of those mods, in fact, I will be eating a steady diet of government cheese and livin ina van down.....You know the rest..

If it's possible, my hope for winter mods would include an aluminum driveshaft, roush grille, spoiler removed, and roush rear springs(just to level out the car as I dont have tools or workspace to do fronts also).
