DTP Racing tune? - ALL OF RedCandy5.0's Tune threads

Anyone have their car tuned by Brent Hughes at DTP racing? I know he tunes Sean Kelly's auto 5.0.

This is JUST ME. I'd have Jon Lund and Ken send a tune if I was going to chance tuning and possibly voiding the warranty on a new car. I would not chance it with anybody else.

This. Check on SCT's website, enter your zip code and you can check to see who is SCT certified and who is not. I would rather have someone who has been through the SCT classes tuning my car.

Where are you located? DTP is the only game in the 757 area for tuning, Mike is in Richmond but well worth the time/drive for a dyno tune.

At the MIR track rental Mike was there adjusitng tunes for guys after each run; he brought 3 5.0's with him from his shop/cars that he tuned so he has experience with them and it was awesome having the tuner there to adjust things after each run.

I know you are a 5.0 but Mike has tuned a Novi 2200 3V, Jeremy's 700 hp turbo 3V, Jason's 480 hp 3v, Eddie's numeorus engines/FI combo's, Luke's 470 hp turbo 3V, Earl's 500 hp+3v and my 3V....all guys on here that can attest to Mike's tuning.

Anyone have an auto tuned 2013 GT yet? Who tuned it? Thoughts?

I don't think you'll have a problem, they're good peoples and know their shit. I've always had great dealings with them. Their tunes a little conservative but I've never had a problem with driveability, that was on my 2011. My buddy bought their Roush TVS kit with their tune and its great, that was for his 2012.

I have had great luck with the tunes from brenspeed. They are knowledgeable and do the diligence on their R&D...

Brenspeed was THE tuner it seemed everyone was recommending on the 05-10 mustangs. For the 2011+ I rarely see anyone even running one of their tunes, it might have something to do with a few people having the #8 cylinder issue early on running their tunes. It seems like I rarely hear any of those stories anymore though, maybe the tuners have it figured out.

We have a lot of customers running our 2011+ tunes and the gains are very promising! We have three 2011+ test cars here in house and can offer pretty much any tune you would like for any performance part available. We even have tunes for the Comp Cams and did all of the testing for Comp themselves. We have also provided tunes to Roush for some of their test vehicles. You wont be disappointed.

Auto Tunes?

Anyone running auto tune on their '13 GT? Reviews thoughts? I hear the tranny set up on some are not very good and the power gain is not as noticeable as on '11-'12's.

I've read numerous people have been satisfied with the Lund/KenB auto tunes for their '13's. Seems they have nailed whatever issue people were not liking in the beginning and resolved it. PM KenB and ask.

EDIT: I'm not PIMPING Lund's tunes specifically cause I've never had one, but merely giving the OP feedback on this subject and what I've read.

he wants to collect them all, not realizing most of these shops just massage a value file and are probably within 1% of each other.
