i contacted apple ford, they gave me
MSRP $38,630
"My special price" $36,850
....not even $2k...
i got sheehy in MD to come down $4k...still working though until someone gives me more lol
This is cheaper if done through your insurance company.lol how? for a $39880 car i got gap insurance
You've already modded and tuned the car, so kiss that good bye. At least you can contact the warranty company for a refund, I'd do that if I were you right now. You can also buy these extended warranties post sale a lot cheaper., ext warranty,
and ext/int protection at cost, and still came out at only $40005 after everything including tax tags licensing and processing fees. i definitely came out pretty good.
to each their own. but the ext warranty was def worth it to me. 7 year 100k is much better than 5 year 60k and i got it at cost. and it's not like I'm doing any crazy mods which will void the warranty lol. people are so naive thinking you put an exhaust on your car and your warranty is voided. thats not how it works.

That interior / exterior stuff they use, auto butler, is a huge scam and does absolutely nothing. You got hosed there. The only product that protects exterior surfaces for over 18 months are nano coatings. No dealership uses these products.
So no, you got screwed.
But a tune will for the entire powertrain.
I'm not saying this because I disagree with you a lot, I am saying it because you got screwed, you always refuse this garbage in the finance office.
x2! Never buy any of the crap they offer you when you are signing the paper work! All those warranties and crap are a huge money maker for them. They dont sell if because they are nice. They make way more money then they ever pay out.
Is that on an ordered car? I dont see a car with an MSRP of $38,630 on their website. Also you have to watch, some places add in the rebates and some dont on the Eprice quotes. If you have a ford coupon you should be able to get $1750 in rebates at a minimum.
try Koons Ford out of Baltimore.
No it was a car that was in stock at a Ford Sheehy dealer in Gaithersburg, Maryland, yea i asked about the rebate thing and he goes "this is before rebates (and tries making it sound like an amazing deal goes) but you can get ANOTHER $1k off with rebates"
All while on the same exact car which he is telling me that he can't drop more than $2k and that he would get fired for losing so much money on this car. Another dealer has me at
MSRP= $38,630
So far= $33,590
This is without putting in rebates, and without my negotiations of their "Dealer advertising fees" and crap, so i'll get it for lower
(Btw i used to sell cars, so i know they can drop a lot off of an american car, just got to find the right dealer, im willing to wait it out)
BTW, which Ford coupons are you talking about? Links?
i'll give them a try, thanks.
Request a brochure online. When it comes in the mail there will be a nice $750 off coupon.
I had a good experience with Al Packer near Baltimore, albeit my used GT but maybe give them a shot. They seemed like pretty decent folks.
So, I have a question. Would it be best to haggle down the price first or use the X-Plan, brochure coupon, or other incentives first? Also, would it be good to mention a trade in first when talking about the price or after everything is settled?
