Similar setup and I dynoed 335HP. I went with 9.19 CR, since boost on the horizon. Hit 3,500 RPM and boom, pulling hard.

i went with the eagle rotating assembly with arias pistons flat tops 3valve releif they are 12.1:1 CR but thats with a 50cc head i think mine are 53 or 54cc so i guess its a 11-11.5 CR but i asked my buddy that ported my heads and he stated that i should get more gains with nitrous due to the port job he did was intended for nitrous motor not NA motor i dont know if there is a difference in port work for either.
i appreciate the feed back ...what type dyno did you do yours on .....

you also have the ford racing intake

wasnt sure but from what im calculating with FRPP intake and throttle body re tuned id figure like 360hp plus 150shot nitrous would put me around 490-500 maybe what you think

Dyno Dynamic's Dyno. But as has been said many times, the dragstrip will tell you the true story.

The frpp intake doesn't do much for an na car, at least it didn't in my case. It's really made for forced induction. The tb isn't going to do anything. The stock tb flows 875 cfm and the motor can only gulp down so much air without being force fed. You have about 5% more drivetrain loss than a manual does.

Agree, no velocity down low, so power is soft on bottom, but does let it pull without letup all the way to redline. Boost is really gonna make her sing. Surprised a little with his compression not showing more, but every dyno different. I know auto's can be tougher to dyno.

I would personally look at the Nitrous Expess plate system it more evenly distributes the nitrous so you get closer to equal spray into each cylinder.
Its a little more $ but worth it super nice setup. The kit is also designed specifically for the 3 valve intake and throttle body. The only way to get a better setup than this setup is do a custom direct port nitrous setup but that is really costly..
