The broken block I have was done at 11 psi, but it ran a bit lean up top on the dyno and let go. Pistons and rings were all fine. We thought it was a blown head gasket until we tore it down. It was an '11 GT with Boss pistons and rods, and a Procharger F1A. It made 706rwh on a pull just before that.
I'm not at all saying that's the limit, I'm just providing an example of what can happen, even at relatively low boost.
Search and read. It is possible and has happened. Been discussed a number of times here. The Coyote block has a less support in the water jacket area.
Please tell me that this isn't a possibility at 700 rwhp? I know of more than a few 3V builds over 700 rwhp, and even 2V builds over 700 rwhp without block failure issues.
I have heard, and read of the failures but I thought that they were more of an isolated issue blown out of proportion by the internet. I personally know, and have looked at a few cars recently making between 650-700 rwhp, and this changes my thoughts.
you shouldn't have any issues at 700 with a decent tune
i made over 120 passes last year (2011) running as quick as 9.99
then, stepped it up to 1003 rwhp at the beginning of the year.
i ran through just over 1/2 a season before the block went there, i have no doubt at the 750 it would have been fine for some time
How much time would you say was spent tuning your car? I mean this as a serious question. Most people don't have the luxury of having a world class tuner spend the time with their car that has been spent on yours. It's fair to say your car was dialed in absolutely perfectly over many tuning sessions. Where as most people just don't have that option.

Damn, when can us normal people purchase this block? I need one tomorrow. LOL
Why is it a race block only?
Where did you see that? It's for high horsepower applications, but could just as easily be used on the street from what I understand.
That's the marketing approach FRPP is using.
