Best of luck with the wire tuck John, It's gonna look cleeean under the hood once your all done.

Swapped the GTA mufflers for stock GT500/Auto GT mufflers. It's louder than I like with the GTAs, long tubes, and pro chamber. Sounds quieter now when idling in the driveway, lol.

Turning into Darren I see :stooges:

Worked on my f@&#%ing intercooler system all day. This morning I started out with a flow rate of 2.07gpm and only one of the two Afco fans was coming on. Might explain why I've been averaging 50-60 degrees over ambient for the last several months. Got the intercooler back flushed enough to wash out some of the blockage (I think the system was contaminated with foreign material) and got my flow rate up to 3.27gpm. The pump should flow about 4gpm so I'm doing a lot better than I was. I also replaced the blown fuse and tracked down the bad relay preventing my fan from running. Now with both fans working and 50% more flow I hope my IAT issues are resolved.

I'm very interested to hear how you monitor flow rate and iat's

I open the cap and if the water is moving....that's a good thing. and if I can put my finger in the water and it doesn't melt my skin, well, That's good too.

I bet you have a better way. :)

Flow rate was measured with an inline flow meter borrowed from the owner of VMP Tuning. IAT is monitored via the OBD2 port using AeroForce gauges.

OBD2 port takes a pretty big plug....you have a gauge plugged into that? What's it look like?
