They will but for the struts you have to get GT 500 strut mounts which Tasca Ford carries, I paid $82 shipped for a set I bought 2 weeks ago.

I ran the Koni oranges on my 2010 and are on my 2013, they are a very good inexpensive upgrade over stock.
