what size is needed for a gt500 tb? 5"? what about the stock 3v tb?

stock is 4.25", gt500 (what i have) is 5"

i may try to figure out a way to re-use my old pipe.....which transitions from 3" up to 5", i just dont know how well that will work out with my new cold side yet.

Does Jim's newest revision of the TB pipe not flare out to an oval? I had the one piece that went from the TB to the fender that went from an oval by the TB and go to 3" round

Nope, said he stopped doing it that way....now I'm stuck with no way to connect it, lol

I'd really hate to cut up this pretty pipe, but I may do just that. I have a great idea on how to do it. Just sucks because I would have to get it re coated....
