Well I'm just putting info out there to hopefully save other people trouble. I'm long over my technical debate days.

So you don't have an answer? That's all you had to say ;)

I would agree that changing the plugs was most likely not necessary. However, not a bad idea in this case given the repeated attempts to start with no success. Now the TB, fuel system , and spark can be eliminated as the issue. My bet is it will fire up with a proper tune.

I am not doubting you, but I think my buddy had a similar issue on his Marauder (4.6 4V). The sensor connector was bad. New pigtail cured the no start. I think he was getting fuel from what he said - yes, second hand info and my bad memory.

That is what I said Probably Not. It is possible. Crank Sensor involves both Spark and Fuel but randomly can cause a select issue.
