Jim that is how I did it. TSS pump with billet gears on the bottom and SVT Pump with Billet Backing Plate on the top:

They look pretty close. All of the front cover bolts are 18 ft. lbs. in the Ford manual. The cam cap and valve cover bolts are 89 in. lbs. I think the oil pan spec is wrong. They caught some of the tty bolts but not all of them so only the initial torque is listed. I just took a quick glance. Like Gerald said use the manual, it's right.

Is the cam phaser rotunda tool necessary or just makes the job easier?

Are you talking about the cam lock? Oh that makes it 100 time easier.
There are other manufacturers of that tool which is much much cheaper.
