I installed the k member and now I need to Square it up. Could someone please post as to what points I should take the measurements from? Pictures too would be great. Thanks again.

Not sure exactly how far you need to bend it but they don't bend easily. When I totaled my Bullitt I took my K member down to BMR and had them put it in the rack to see how far out it was. It was out almost 1/2" on three different spots. Throwing it away and replacing it with a new one was cheaper than fixing it.

IMO if you can compensate for any error through adjustments then get the wheels squared up and run it. Otherwise it's time to back up and punt.

not of the parts or car was involved in a crash, I just need to make sure that the k member is correct due to the one tire toed out more than the other side.

Oh, my bad. I thought you implied it was bent.

If all you want to do is make sure it's not bound up then just loosen up all the mounting bolts a turn or two and then retighten them. Binding can happen if you tighten down some of the bolts before getting all the bolts started and have to pry on it to get the last couple bolts in.

If one of your wheels is toed way out then make sure the A arm isn't bent. I bent one of mine hitting a curb once. Here's a picture of the bent one (old style) laying on top of the new replacement (new style).
