Washed it and realized I suck at taking care of black paint. I need to spend a weekend cleaning it soon. I found out there was a shit ton of grime and track build up on her from the last track day I took her to last weekend.

(yesterday)

Took in my 3rd autocross event. Learned a bit more, learned that I still have a LOT more to learn, but had a blast, nevertheless.

Girlfriend had a cool launch "warming up the tires" ... I burst out laughing, lol

When we got home, I installed some Ford Racing goodness under the hood of my girlfriend's GT500, a twin-65mm throttle body, and loaded a revised tune from her tuner.

Drove it just a bit last night but it definitely seems to have a bit more "pep", lol

Tweaked the tune. Finally got rid of neutral and driving idle surging. The supercharger really changed the idle airflow.

Got a second-hand GT500 splitter from a friend that didn't fit right on their car, and had scraped significantly because it was pointed downward somewhat.

Laid out for test fit

Trimmed the interfering areas, sanded most of the damages areas away, and sprayed some plasti dip to make it look uniform again

Finished product with a couple extra fasteners just outboard of the lower grill to hold it up in better position

Now I just have to be extremely careful on driveways (like mine), much less approach angle now...

Installed upper and lower control arms, driveshaft and panhard bar.

Still waiting for shocks, struts, springs and sway bars. I'll install the LCA relocation brackets at that time.
