Been slowly finishing my procharger build, got it running today.I hear a noise coming from possibly the blower, like a rattle sort of.I have a video,a crappy one,but ifyou turn the volume up a bit,and ignore the normal blower noise, you can faintly hear it.Its louder in person, looked over the install and didnt see too many things rubbing..lol...need to check it again, but maybe its normal. Here is the video http://youtu.be/SZnfVp5B8Yk

Are you serious??? You installed a Pro-Charger and don't know what they sound like. That's normal, Pro-Chargers are one of the noisiest, at idle, of all the superchargers.

I'd definitely call Procharger and ask them about the noise. Ya know, just to be on the safe side lol.

I hear the rattling noise you are talking about, my Vortech made an identical noise and I always wrote it off as being normal. That head unit had well over 100k+ miles on it between 3 owners, it is in its 4th owners hands and it never had issues.

That seems like a silly place to mount the CAI cone filter. http://youtu.be/SZnfVp5B8Yk

It must be sucking in a ton of hot air from under the hood + exhaust manifold.

The intercooler takes the heat right out. Looks can be deceiving, under normal driving my D1SC ran just a little over ambient temps for iat. I was taking iat at the intercooler exit.

Yes this sounds totally normal to me. My P-1SC-1 was actually louder than my F-1A is now.

^^this, mine also runs about 4 degrees over ambient.

I happen to LOVE the signature ProCharger sound!
Me too!

So.......Is this the noise you speak of? I am concerned about it. On one hand there is a high pitched noise from the front and at the same time there is a low pitched grumbling noise from the back.

Dang it, I can't get the video to load.
