Wow Jim, those coolant hoses do look great. What is that you used to cover them with?
Same stuff used everywhere else. Abrasion proof jacket

Isn't not having to repair a wire the entire point of the sleeve?Search for "Bently-Harris sleeving". Western filament would also make what you are looking for. Both are widely used in the aircraft industry. Keep in mind that once you sleeve it there is no way of repairing a wire inside of the bundle without replacing the wire or sleeve.

But yea, if for some reason something does happen, you'll have to de pin the connector and slide it off or cut it off.

I agree, this type of thing works best with some forethought and planning. Otherwise it can get in the way.
As usual, jim manages to make it look easy
They do sell split abrasion jacket. Seems like a good medium
Yes. I had no option. I also have two painless add a circuits for all my stuff lol. Doing so I will also need to trim the black interior wall of the glove box. So, basically losing the glove box for utility. Nothing in there anyway. I do like that I just open the glove box to get to the fuse box tho
And just dressed up my coolant hoses to the manifold. This stuff is addicting. Like most things (other than supermodels) looks better in person

When sleeving the wiring, did you remove the factory plastic?
No. I wanted rigidity. But after the tuck smaller plastic loom was used
The results are fantastic... I'm going to follow your lead and do the same to mine.
Looking forward to the tuck picks for the fuse box.
Thank you.
Why is that intake open to the engine bay? I would think you would want it completely seperated.

It works just fine like that.
Lol that makes far more sense than "it works fine like that" hahahaha. For the Snorkel. I bought the front brake duct bezels for the gt/cs fascia. Going to take those and duct them to the cai. Will close that off till I have time to do all that
