Thanks for the input, mine seems to be coming from further up front but I could be wrong about that.
I put slotted rotors and HPS pads on it last year, but it could be the calipers.

Depending on your definition of "creaky" it could just be the rotors. I've had two different sets of dimpled/slotted and drilled/slotted rotors on my car and both make more noise than stock. I'll be going back to OEM rotors or a Brembo setup next time.

Thanks!!!!

Aye aye, cap'n.

I've got that same key fob. Just a note, you can take the pin out that holds the key into a fob and then anywhere can cut the key. A buddy at ace hardware did it for me for free.

True. Just flip the key halfway out and take it out with a punch. I made the silly assumption that anyone making a key in 2014 would have a punch and know how to cut a key since it's still just milling down the right shape. Unfortunately I was wrong.

Walmart just uses a computer-driven machine so the employees don't know shit about cutting keys, and my Home Depot isn't allowed to and cited an issue in the past where they won't risk it anymore. They seemed bothered that they couldn't because they knew how and I sympathize with them. Fortunately the locksmith was just as cheap (actually cheaper than Walmart) and actually had a clue.

^ Amazing when you go to an actual tradesman that he ends up knowing more than the kid working at Wal Mart about his trade. funny how that works.

Indeed. I just happened to be right next to both, but I'm glad to give the locksmith my business. He apparently also restores old flintlock guns and antique locks and keys. Very cool stuff in there.

Deals come and go. This is the right time of year to find a deal.

^^^ not the first time you've been called out for this Darren! Just go to hazard fraught and get a generic $15 set of jack stands so we don't have to see that GM nonsense!

Saw that on your FB, very jealous you got to meet Wayne. Is he as cool in person? lol

He was OK as far as I thought ... I stopped by when he was stupid busy and he still took a couple minutes to come out and talk with me ... and take a couple pics with me, lol.
Guess it happens quite a bit since the show on TV became so popular, so he's used to it.
Before I met him, I was walking around the parking lot and saw the old mechanic dude ... I almost ran up to him like seeing an old friend you haven't seen in a long time ... but I quickly realized how odd that would be since he doesn't know me, lol ...

Polished my wheelwells and brake dust shields:oops::whistling:

I thought you just went for some extra weight reduction and since brakes are only needed if you actually drive the car, yeah, why not remove them?

Or paint.
