Does anyone know where to find someone that can dial suspension in for you? I enjoy installing stuff and troubleshooting engine related things but I just can't deal with the aggravation of figuring out suspension stuff lol.

I just want someone to be like let me fix this, how does it ride now or let me look at all your geometry and fix that.

Kelly can I just ship you my car and let you make the suspension perfect? lol

What do you need help with? If its just an adjustable panhard bar and an adjustable upper, its a piece of cake to get set right.

Yeah, once you get it figured out it's pretty easy. I did however want to shoot myself learning as a youngster...

agreed.

steering wheel shakes bad when the car is driving for the first 20 minutes on the road.

need to replace strut mounts, the gt500 ones moan at every turn even at high speed

figure out a new suspension setup that is more comfortable

and the endless clunks in the rear end. Haven't had time to look at this shit myself. I just want it perfect.

lol

Can't help with the front end really, but roadforce the tires, check out all the tie rods, wheel bearings, etc... Its possible you might have warped rotors, but those typically rear their heads when hitting the brake.

Get GT mounts. I had the GT500s and mine were noisy too. The GTs are still kinda noisy, but they hide it way better. I really have to listen hard to hear it. I don't think aftermarket (read: stiffer) mounts will make it any better.

Clunky rear end? Deal with it. The only bushing that isn't poly on my rear end is the upper diff bushing. The clunking has not gotten better or worse as stuff was replaced. Everything is also new as of this summer/fall and torqued to spec. I think its just the third link. I can't remember the last time it didn't clunk, but its been a while since I've driven a stock car.

Can't help with the comfort, but my BMR springs (BMR OR GTFO) ride great. They are GT only right now, but I know they are testing GT500 springs.

We might be on the same level of wanting stuff to be just perfect, but I really think its a battle you'll never win on a 30k 7/8 year old car.

I agree. I just don't have time to mess with it like I used to.

I might be in your area at the end of December. I'll do the mounts, check the balance on the tires, wheel bearings, tie rods, turn the rotors, check and set your pinion angle, PHB, and align the car if you let me take it out for a test drive afterwards!

I JUST got off the phone with someone who snapped a LCA, that is designed very similar to this one - ironically. I am not interested in saying the brand, but it has a thread butted to the bushing housing, like the LCA in the OP.
