Lol. In other news I did finally get my dining room chairs. Only took me two years to make this decision.

They even threw in this dog

Now I need to find a larger area rug and new lighting fixture.

Nice choice.

You sure that's a dog and not a rag to wipe down the chairs with?

Roughly 30-40 mins away, it will be a different state. Will cut the time to the office at least in half for the wife and I. If we somehow manage to get the one we have already looked at it would be a 4min drive to the office.

So another 2 years until you find the right area rug? :rotflmao:

Having a new driveway installed with a additional side parking space. The stone curb cost almost as much as the paving but I think it's worth it in the end.

I am hoping he paves it on Monday.

Working on making a nice low maintenance front lawn as it is just a small area and was mostly weeds. Going to build a wall around my front yard with the mini beltis stones and fill with black mulch. Putting a new border around the base of the tree with some nice white stone to go with the black.

I like the pavers you used! You might want to consider some edging along the property line... your mulch will end up all over you neighbors yard from mowing and his cut grass will end up making your mulch look like crap. Just my $0.02

I am putting the same pavers on the property line as well to hold everything in. Don't have any stakes or rope yet and don't trust my eyes to put everything straight so that part has not been done yet. Hopefully this weekend it will be done if it doesn't rain.

Been installing kitchen cabinets the last 2 days, got the countertop template done today.
All the lower cabinets are installed.
Moving to the uppers and one of the pantries next.

Parents closed on new house today which means I can get my house back to myself in 1-2 months. Needs downspouts fixed, front door replaced, drywall repair, full interior repaint, tear up carpets and flooring done for them to move in. Then with them living there can clean the siding and landscaping

I immediately changed locks and started ripping out carpeting last night
