I have the moroso valve cover breather kit.
MOR85465.jpg
It is the catch can with a breather at the top. I crawled under the car today to drain the can for the first time and to my suprise was just what looked to be water? A very small amount at that. Is this normal? When the car is running I do see vapor comeing from the breather so is the can just catching condensation?

Thanks,
Shawn

I have a hose that runs from the bottom of the can down bye my oil pan so when I change the oil I can drain the can as well. I was expecting oil to be in the can so my question is what is the can for? was I wrong to expect oil in it?

Im assuming it hooked up correctly up top.

There may be some oil, depending on blow-by.
But if theres water,or slight water,I would want
to find the source. If you drive in the rain, you
may want to move the can higher up.Ive never
had any water from any catch cans.

I have one connected to my valve cover and blower. I see vapor coming up from under my hood when i stop. Its nothing bad. No worries. It's doing its job.
