Up for sale I have a Procharger P1SC H.O. Supercharger kit for 2005-09 Mustang GT. I bought it used from another member on this forum few years ago as a tuner kit and pieced the rest together myself. It actually has a 12-rib pulley setup, which is a little overkill for this system but that’s how it came when I bought it and it works. Comes with two supercharger pulleys: 3.33” (12-13 lbs. boost) and 4.25” (7-8 lbs. boost). I personally ran the 4.25" pulley, which was good for ~7 lbs. in 5300' of air. Also included is an ATI Superdamper which is required for the 12-rib crank pulley and a Procharger slim fan which I had to use to make room for the 12 rib setup. I have a new 12-rib 70" belt and BOV filter on order from Procharger, which are not in the pics but will be included with the sale. Asking $3500 + shipping.
Included:
- Procharger P1SC H.O. 12-rib tuner Kit
- Ford Racing 47 lb./hr. injectors
- Kenne Bell 20 amp Boost-a-pump with S&H fuel pump wiring upgrade kit
- Diablosport MAFia MAF extender
- Procharger Slim fan
- ATI superdamper
- Autolite HT0 Spark Plugs (brand new, gapped at .030, 1 heat range colder than stock)
Things you will need to make this setup complete:
- Cooling system upgrade kit for 2005-06 cars
- Aftermarket coolant reservoir and relocate power steering reservoir (or, if you're a cheapass like me you can just zip tie them off to the slim fan)
- ARP Damper bolt for the ATI balancer (part# ARP-156-2501, $28.49 from Summit). The stock bolt cannot be used with this damper.
- Tuner and a tune
A few other notes:
- The finish on the piping is not perfect, there are scratches and scrapes. A good powdercoating would make them look nice if you are picky about appearance.
- The intercooler does have a few dents in the fins on the front sides from being mounted. It was like this when I bought it, and does not affect the performance of the intercooler. Can be seen in pics below.
- The outer shoulder of the 4.25" blower pulley is dented in on one side. It was like this when I bought it. I ran it like this for 3 years and had no issues with it on the belt. Can be seen in pics below.
- The underside of the tensioner is scratched up a bit due to me having it set incorrectly and the belt rubbing on it when I first installed it. It's not noticable once it's installed as it's on underside of the tensioner.
- The I.D. tag on the blower is faded, but the serial # is still visible. Can be seen in pics below.
None of those affect the way the kit performs, but they are there and I felt they needed to be pointed out.
Not interested in parting any of this stuff out right now. If the kit doesn't sell within a month or so and there is interest in the other parts I'll open it all up to sell individually.
