Dropped it off for a full detail - getting ready for Mustang Memories Show at Ford World Headquarters.

Looks like a serious detail big guy.

Drove her hard, missed third at WOT and hit the limiter in third out running a AMG GTS Renntech coupe.

Interesting, those tuned AMG's are pretty fast; did you pull on that bad boy or was it close?

I was out on him 1/2 a car I think when I missed third and pulled some when I found it, I think I was out a car when I hit the limiter

I would hope you pulled on him, Dave. Depending on options the Renntech upgrades have the GT/GTs put down 600-700rwhp.

This guy takes a lot of time. Dropped it at his shop Friday evening, he worked on it all day yesterday and isn't quite ready yet at 3 on Sunday!
I like it when a detailer takes his time. The guys insisting on a 2 hour job being concourse level... Yeah, no.

If I do a full correction on any of mine, it's more times than not at least a 20 hour job. The 427 took me about 34 hours from pulling it out to finishing off the 22ple.

And the results:

He even pulled the headliner to clean and vacuum it! The exhaust tips are all cleaned up. I cleaned them some recently; some ass wipe poured coca cola on them.

Changed the Pro Charger pimp juice, way passed due, felt guilty ever time I drove it, then washed it and drove it for a bit- Felt more at ease mentally driving it ,knowing it had fresh blower oil in it.

Finally installed the Roush splitter I've had sitting in the box for the better part of a year:

Fabricating the brackets for the hideaway tag mounted under the Roush splitter took longer than expected since there aren't many mounting points available other than soft plastic:

Also installed a brake ducting setup from Vorshlag:

Trimmed the lower grill for the inlets:

Close-up of the grill trimmed for the inlets:

Flushed out the brake fluid in my car, got rid of the 4-year-old crap and put in some fresh Motul RBF600.
Quite surprised how cloudy and somewhat dark the old stuff was.
Also, using an old turkey baster I sucked out whatever I could out of the clutch fluid reservoir and re-filled with the same new Motul RBF600 stuff.
I will do the suck/refill procedure a few more times until I can consider that flushed.

I'll put all the pics I took in my build thread, but here I will just show the difference between the old and new fluid, as it looked/looks in the clutch fluid reservoir:

Pulled the front springs and dampers this afternoon. Was hoping to install the new ones tonight but the caster camber plates didn't show up as scheduled, hope to finish up tomorrow night.

Got the title. Was supposed to have a few more payments but thought it was stupid to keep making them since I had the cash so I paid it off a little early.
