Well I guess this squashes all the rumors of it being twin turbo. Looks like they're aiming for the ZL1 with this one.

If you gotta ask, you can't afford it. Isn't that how the saying goes?

I am shocked they went DCT. I had read that rumor, but when the car seemingly got delayed I thought it was because they were going back to A10 and 6M

Ford performance dropped a video today of the GT500, I am still not a fan of the front bumper styling, but the rest of the car is bad ass.

Disappointing front end and interior exhaust sound, at least based on that raspy sound heard in that video they released this morning

Listened to one of the teaser videos where the tranny shifts up... kind of reminds me of our old 1995 351 Bronco and the A4OD tranny.

It's perfect, any criticisms are coming from people who are just poor or jealous or both!

I can't wait to have the local dealership open the velvet rope, the doors to the showroom, and I can go out and take one for a spin. $45,000 ADM!

The newer Mustangs are technically stunning and have awe inspiring engineering. But they don't move my needle. I don't look at them and say I want that car.

Me either, too much money and not much I could do with one even on the street beyond what my 08 can provide. If I had enormous deep pockets I would maybe buy one for a track toy, but maybe not even then - since I'd rather not have a blower car for the track. Or a Ford!

My car from the front, really mean, checks the box. Viscerally? Excellent. I think this gtfivedingus would blow your hair back in a serious way, but not $150,000 worth.

I'll stick to building my cars I guess.

Fun fact, the DCT transmissions from say the last few gens of BMW M cars - they have their own fully programmable computer and will bolt up to basically anything. This is somewhat interesting to me, but less interesting than a 4 speed dog box with a vertical shifter and an automatic spark cutout...
