So I was doing some routine maintenance on my car. I pulled all the plugs and inspected them, they all looked great. Then I grabbed my endoscope camera, just to see what the cylinders/pistons looked like. Then I found this on cylinder 4. The pictures are terrible, but there is a semicircle directly below the opening for the sparkplug. I am assuming it's the head gasket. Thoughts?

Hey man, relax. That is just a relief for the ultra-high-performance "moon jets" for the carb! They obviously get their name from their unique shape (that offers superior flow)...and Chrysler already had claimed "hemi".

You will only find those present in the #4 cylinder due to the very unique timing characteristics of the Ford V8 piston movement and the natural motion (rotation) of carburetor jets. Looks nice and healthy!
