That is a Hanhart 417es flyback 1954, a hand-wound chronograph.Whelp ... Just when I thought I was getting past my watch obsession...dammit! That's a NICE collection!
I've never heard of Tutima before, but those are pretty sharp looking.

Hanhart was issued to higher ranking German pilots during and after the war. Steve McQueen's personal wristwatch wasn't the Rolex Daytona that he endorsed publicly. The Hanhart 417es flyback was rare back in the day and McQueen sought one out when he was filming in Germany and paid for it with his own money.


Mine is a modern reissue. Hanhart, based in the Black Forest near the Swiss border, hand-builds each timepiece in a small room by a handful of craftsmen.
