Well I am confused to say the least. I ordered the Cobra Jet Springs from Sutton and while they do have a different part # vs the rear springs I had on the car, they are virtually the same.

Ride height barely changed also, not even a 1/4 inch. I measured before the swap and it was 29.5 inches from the ground to the top of the rear fender. After the swap, almost 29.5, but not quite.

Here are pictures of the springs with the numbers. Is this what everyone else is installing?

REAR:

Original Spring: dark blue label

CobraJetSpring3.jpg

New Spring: light blue label--- I typed in the part# and it looks to be a rear bullit spring

FRONT: I didn't install these. But here is the springs with the number in case this helps anyone.

I just googled those part #`s and saw on this forum http://sccaforums.com/forums/5/266561/ShowThread.aspx they talked about the exact same production numbers psfracer has on his springs, and the bullit owner is saying they´re the exact same springs as for a regular GT ...

.... so wtf? lol are we just buying our exact same springs we already have? hahaha :eek:hsnap:

and acording to that guy that is saying the production numbers of springs of several 08 bullits well guess what, my car has rear 08 bullit springs ! haha and mine is 07 and i`m sure its the same as all the other GT´s like the pic psfracer also posted .. snap ! I cant check right now the fronts cause they´re still on, i´ve just switched my rears so far.

My point is, CJ springs are Bullit springs and bullits are GT springs ? so now i´m puzzled.
