It was the end of the night, about 20 minutes left. With a 10 minute cool down, I had previously ran a 1.91 60' [email protected]. So I hotlapped to get one last run, I was bogging at 4700 rpm dump so I raised it to 5k dump. This last run had a 1.86 60' but only [email protected].

First 12.99 Run

R/T ... .581
60' ... 1.918
330 ... 5.480
1/8 ... 8.383
MPH ... 85.34
1000 ... 10.888
1/4 ... 12.993
MPH ... 107.41

Second 12.99 Run

R/T ... .303
60' ... 1.864
330 ... 5.439
1/8 ... 8.361
MPH ... 84.77
1000 ... 10.877
1/4 ... 12.991
MPH ... 106.96

Sounds like some slippage out there. What are you doing for suspension?

The squealling was from race4food's tires. My tires bogged on that run too.

Powerhouse driveshaft and adjustable upper control arm goes on next week.

Ya man, other than the track being painfully slow it was a lot of fun and I learned a bit about how the tires like to be launched. Next time you need to come ready for that whoopin'!

Was a good run, I was glad to see the 12.99 for you, that left lane was hooking really well. I think my run was a 13.8somthing@100 with quite a bit of spin for some reason and still power loss in 3rd.

Just goes to show you the difference in mods between stock and bolt-ons. I thought you had drag radials too.

If his clutch is indeed slipping I'd like to see what it runs with a new clutch.

The clutch was slipping, The wheel hop was really bad on the burn out so I had to be real aggressive in 2nd gear to get it to spin smooth. I think it might have been taxing the clutch a bit. I'm gonna try for wet burn out next time. I was also shifting way high. I looked at some stock dyno graphs and the shift points need to be around 5500-5600 not all the way up to 6000. That'll get me into 4th much sooner and hopefully get the average power up about 10-12 hp.

In the video I notice that on the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts the car squats but then rocks forward almost nose diving. I'm sure that can cause a loss of momentum. So do any of you guys know what can cause this and what can fix it?

shift faster or powershift are your only options im afraid. i did notice that the car was dropping pretty hard. do you have the nitto dr's or just the street tires?

Well I do have the front swaybar off and I'm about to order a rad support bar. Should I just go ahead and order a antisquat bar for the rear?
