It's supposed to be a MotoBlue Line lock. And it doesn't even come come close to fitting on my car. On top of that, the fittings won't even fit the solenoid. The instructions are for a Hurst line lock. The Solenoid is a B&M. The instructions also say RPM Outlet all over them. I didn't order it from RPM Outlet. It's a giant piece of shit. I want my money back.

As a matter of fact, it's just a bunch of parts thrown together from different kits.

Further reason why not to buy from RPM Outlet or buy RPM Outlet parts including Motoblue. We're running Motoblue underdrive pullies on our car(2007 GT/CS) and so far they have been fine, but what it took to actually recieve them with everything needed turned out to be a PITA.

If I had known RPM Outlet had anything to do with it I would've gone elsewhere.

It's not about RPM Outlet though. It's about another vendor with a good rep. I'm sure it's an isolated incident. That's why I'm not saying which vendor it is. I'll give them a chance to make it right. One chance.

Every time I see one of these threads I wonder why people don't search the bad vendor thread.

This vendor has a GREAT reputation. They have nutswingers all over this forum.

Your also welcome to leave and stop posting whenever youd like as well. We dont force you to post. If your going to act like this take it elsewhere. If you have a problem with a vendor take it to the vendor and let them fix it for you. If they do not help you, then you take it to the forum.

this thread is accomplishing nothing. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it.

then why the hell are you posting here? You bitch about shit all the time that accomplishes nothing. I don't have anything against this forum and I think you are misunderstanding my posts. I said that this vendor has a GREAT rep and they have plenty of nutswingers. I'm going to give them a chance to fix this. That's why I'm not telling you who it is. You may go now.

I will not go. Thank you. Keep the bitching about vendors out of here.

Your bitching about something and you haven't let the vendor take care of it yet? What is it accomplishing?

If you show me what it accomplishes ill leave it alone

Vendors pay to advertise here, vendors pay the bills

I don't care if you don't list the vendor, it hurts the general attitude of buying from our vendors when threads like this start. Its one thing to have a problem, talk to the vendor, they refuse to help you, and you post about it. Its quite another to start a thread, not name names, parts and even try to resolve it with the vendor first

threads like this are why vendors leave. We lose the vendors we lose the site. Bills for the server hosing aren't cheap and the bandwidth we use is enormous.

If i read your post incorrectly I apologize, however my request still stands. Keep the vendor basing in general out of here and resolve the issue with the vendor before making threads like this in the future

is this forum about Mustang owners sharing info with each other, or is it about the bottom line? For those that are interested in what's going on, they can follow up whenever they want. For those that don't care(you), they can take off.

As most people here know I am a vendor on this forum.
When shipping a part out there are a few things that must be done.

You order the part wether online or via the telephone.
The order must first be processed so if it is an onlone purchase someone has to go online a nd see that there was a purchase.
It can be instantaneous or it may be 1/2 hour later if they're busy doing other things. They must then print out the order, confirm that payment is made, pick the order, package the order for shipping and weigh and process the shipping paperwork.

They then need to call in for a pickup if they're a small volume shop or wait for the driver to make his route. If the driver has that shop early on his run it is possible that the part will only go out the next day.

If the shipper lives in a rural area and the order was placed late Thursday and the part is only picked up on Friday your part will most likely not make it further than the local hub till Monday.
The same applies if you live in a rural area. The part may arrive in Memphis on a Friday but not get out to you till Monday.
UPS and every other freight company is in business to make money so if you want something to get somewhere for a specific date specify it and you will pay accordingly.

As far as what you got in your kit and what the description was is anybodys guess at this point.

Actually I think Hitman is being pretty kind about it by not calling the vendor by name in any of his posts. I know exactly who he is talking about and probably know exactly what happened.

I know this person, that has a problem and I'm not going to tell. I just want everyone to know I have a secret.
