just want the damn wheels to spin freely lol.. damn 3/8 spacer the wheel won't even spin. When i put the two 3/8 spacers together it spins, which is .75 thick. I might take the gamble and order a 1/2 spacer and see if .50 is enough to clear the caliper.

Look, I'm gonna explain this ONE MORE TIME! I had to grind for about a minute on the passenger side caliper. The driver's side needed nothing. I don't know why so don't ask. Also, don't use stick on weights. They will hit the caliper too.

Dude put a fiber wheel on the grinder and polish them flat ( just take the dimples off ) put your 3/8's spacer back and waa laa , come on man really do you want me to break down how many mm's you need to take off ? draw you a color by numbers page ?

Here is a CRAZY idea now don't get to freaked out over it , you may want to sit down first .

1: put your spacer on
2: put 1 washer on PER STUD outside of the spacer itself then bolt down the wheel
3: repeat #2 until you get the desired clearance ......... WOW

Now not only do you get to find out your answer for $1 but you can even decide if grinding can cure the problem without even changing any more of your setup you currently have . Then you don't even have to buy and return anything from summit .


DISCLAIMER : Do not drive around on them with the washers still over the spacer now dumbass !

Well I sold my bolted RT's to get some new bolted GT's....got my newest bogies a couple days ago....the ones that are supposed to be better for some street use...they have sunken lug seats for taper lugs and stock lenght studs too...but I can report they will not hold up to a phugging UPS idiot dropping half of them on a concrete surface.....
Anybody want a bunch of bent up ass bogarts....

What's it's looking like now is that I'll have a few more grand to play with even after the motor swap and install and a few minor bolt ons.. HSW plate kit and Some sort of 15" wheels by Dec/January sounds like a fucking plan to me! Unless, I can just make do with some ET Streets on 16s.. Fucking decisions, decisions....

in the budget I have about 600 unaccounted for as "just in case" money aside from parts install and other parts needed, in which case may lead me to just using the 16s for a while in the even I run out of cash for the other shit I'll need. but thanks for the heads up, you are correct on that one.

oh, and I used to work at a wildlife refuge, the only thing they'd let me kill however were nilgai and alligators.. I will say, gators make for one good fuckin gumbo..
