And yes... I searched the archives, and didn't really find much of what I didn't already know. Here is what the car is doing:

- Limp Mode
- DTC: P2104 - throttle motor actuator forced idle
- car will NOT rev at all.
- actual motor (Silver round solenoid in front of the harness connector part of the TB is hot to touch just after start up, even after being off for several hours.

Mike from KB is undoubtedly taking care of me... Like i didn't think he would... But that's beside the point. He's sending me a brand new throttle body, but I PERSONALLY think it's the motor itself... No binding in the blade or anything. Smooth as silk.

What do you guys think? My thoughts:

- Throttle motor is fried (how though?). Car has ran fine with no issues up until now.
- TPS sensor? Again... it JUST started acting up... NEVER had an issue.
- APPS? Long shot... but maybe?

it generally is the electronics that goes out on the throttle body's. It is easier to just send you a new TB (that is more than likely a takeoff that is laying around) than to try and replace the electronics and mess with that hassle.

i threw that code with the vortech i had a few times. traced it down to a bad bypass valve. it was keeping boost in the system then when the tb tried to open it couldnt because the pressure. but the KB is a totaly diff set up. something to think about but probably not the same issue.

Turned out that the clock spring and little plastic piece had come apart. Take the actuated motor apart and see if that will fix it.
