Anybody remove the A-Frame heavy metal supports??

They sit under/in front of the back seat, seat cushion.

I installed a roll bar/cage a while back and had to remove the factory ones..they were porky.

In the past month i spent only $750 bucks and Ive cut 198lbs out of my race weight

Bogarts with tires $500 - Saves me 128lbs over my street rim setup that ive been using at the track

Summit Seats - $250 - Saves me about 50lbs over the stockers

20lbs of personal weight haha

My current race weight should be 3829. much better

how hard was it to take out the stock seat and install this one. I'm thinking of picking up two Corbeau CR1 seats. It would save me roughly 60lbs pounds over stock.

Yup everything is different except for the roof. I emailed them to confirm. I also asked if they will create parts for 05-09 cars and they possibly will.

If their 2010 hood weights only 4 lbs then i can only image an 05 version will be the same.

i am making the brackets myself to adapt the seats. prolly spent 60 bucks in materials. saves 140 bucks over the corbeau brackets

Rear stock rotor 13lbs, baer 14'' rotor 13 lbs!, caliper adaptors less than a 1lb.
Front stock rotor 19lbs, baer 14" rotor 19lbs!, caliper adaptors less than a 1lb

Forgot to weight the baer 6p caliper and stock caliper. BUt he 6p feels alot lighter.

Yeah is 6 piston 2 piece internal crossover all aluminum, well i t turns out i just may have to remove it because it looks like i got the wrong mounting adaptor that goes btween the 6p caliper and the spindle.

Will be weighing the stock front caliper and the 6p baer caliper sunday at gregs as well as the stock fan and shroud.

Good news i lost weight with these brakes!
Stock front caliper with halfworn pads and rubber brake line - 12lbs
Baer 6P caliper with stainless steel brake line, pads and caliper adaptor- 8lbs

So i lost 6-7lbs with Baer 14" rotors all the way around and 6P calipers up front!
