When I do plan on coming, I plan to take a week off and come out....Leave on Saturday and head that way, and come back the next weekend....probably take me couple days to get there though....

Barona and then a party sounds great Don. Since I can't race I'll take pictures and video's, then we can play them during the party too. I can also make copies for anyone that wants them.

haha... no, its not football related. But you are more than welcome to join us for the Super Bowl. There will be a small crowd (20 to 30) there for that anyway.

The main obstacles to a big party are time and money. There just isn't a lot of either for the foreseeable future.

Just in the past few days, we have decided to invest some cash into helping our daughter and her husband get their new business venture started. If it all works out well, it will pay nice dividends in a couple years. But for the immediate future, our cash reserves are seriously depleted. I have even postponed buying the lift for my garage so we can help them out. But family comes first!

Just finished reading this thread, and i am sorry for the loss your family endured. It certainly looked like a heck of a ride the past two years, but you seem to have done very well. That is one killer home, congrats!!

At this point, I'm not sure when the party is going to be. We still have some heavy demands on our time, with no end in sight. And finances are pretty tight too. Unfortunately, I don't think the lift will be happening this year at all.

Well helping your kids is always a worthy thing to do. You could have just sold the charger for the cash though.
