There are only so many ways that you are able to run the tubing. Its either coming forward and through the control arm how we chose to do it and does have one low point. It doesnt effect it 99% of the time as anytime you hit a low spot your tires are going up at the same time and I have never had it hang up on anything. Other than that, you would have to run tubular front suspension and wanted to try and not require that as a lot of people dont like swapping them on the 96-04 cars.
Sure there is a lot going on, your routing all exhaust forward, then off the turbo, plus all intercooler tubing. I personally would have vented the w/g to atmosphere to clean it up a little but a lot of guys dont like that. Any of the front mounted turbo kits drop the swaybar down, its impossible to route the tubing without doing so. Ask any of the guys on here with turbo mounted between the radiator and motor.
I personally have daily driven the 2v system 10k plus miles, rain, snow, sleet, you name it. The car makes right around 400 wheel and gets driven like its stolen. This system is no different and will perform just as well.
Injectors, maf, bap are not included as so many of the customers are swapping from s/c setups and have those parts. The options are in that listing you all show, if you need it you just add it to your order.
Ill have to go back and get the iat data but that core is as wide as you can put in that front area behind the crash beam and not have to cut/trim anything. After back to back pulls, there was not any sort of issue on high iat's. I think twin screws have the issues and 200+ degree iat's?? Thats a problem
The graph of that car was overlayed over a kb car on 10psi and the turbo car on 5psi. Made almost identical torque on HALF the boost but was almost 60 rwhp shy of its peak. I would have loved to see that 3v pulled at 10psi and then compared...... Spool up is good on the car, making full boost just at or shy of 3k on most 3v cars and pulls to redline. If you doubt any of the parts you see, upgrade them. Its one of those "you have to pay to play" things and if you dont trust one of the parts, you have to pay. They are proven, test, parts and backed up with track numbers and hp.
