Tonight, I was preparing for some warranty work by the dealer, so I removed my delete plugs and CAI, returning everything to stock. Long story.
About 30 minutes in to the work, I remembered to unplug the negative terminal of the battery. No big deal, I had plenty of juice.
Well, after everything was done, I hooked the battery back up and I put the ECM back to stock with my SCT tuner. Everything appeared to work. However, now, the car won't even turn over. It appears to have plenty of juice from the battery.
I went so far as to put the performance tune back and then reinstalled the stock tune. Again, everything appears to work, i.e. no tune failure, but the car won't turn over.
Note, while doing this, I also took the liberty of pulling the spongy material out of the sound induction tube, which is located near the brake and clutch pedals. However, there is no indication that I knocked anything loose, i.e. that the car thinks the clutch is not depressed.
What the hell happened? I have the battery on a charger just in case, but the charger is reading it has 75% of its power.
