Double check you didn't knock off a wire to the starter solenoid. I don't think a tune would prevent the car from turning over, but a wire off the solenoid, or something with the clutch pedal switch would.

Yes the tune can keep the car from starting seen it 3-4 times now with my own eyes, happened just the other day on my car. It happens more with cam'd cars it seems.

You can check the relays by swapping them around with similar unessential relays.
There are also fuses and relays at the sjb inside the car.

what exactly happens when you try to turn it over? I'm assuming nothing? just the blinking PATS light? Do you have the message center gauge cluster?? If so does it say any errors?

Awhile back I made a mistake electrically and my car wouldnt turn over, nothing, just errors on the message center. i thought I blew my ecu, and when i plugged in my tuner it would load a tune but not read codes. Anyways after too much money at the dealership for special diagnosis, they found out that there's a Key relay switch, this switch is one that when you turn the key off it turns off everything in the car and when you turn the key on everything gets turned on, well this swtich blew so everything was constantly off, therefore no starting. So they put in a relay and it work fine now.

Sometimes relays stick. Find that specific relay that is mentioned above and tap it with a screwdriver. It might just unstick and start working long enough for you to get to a parts place and pickup a new relay!

Check the netural saftey switch on the clutch pedal. If you pulled some material away you might have knock this out. To check just pull both wires out of the switch and jumper them together. Careful the car can now start with out the clutch being depress.

The key needed reprogrammed, i.e. the passive anti-theft was locking me out. Thanks, everyone for your help.
