Ok all I am trying to find out what is causing my clutch pedal to stick to the floor on 6200rpm shifts? I just pulled the trans yesterday and replaced the slave and its still doing it. There is no air in the lines (bleed it three times just to make sure) pedal feels fine and shifts fine normally.

I have seen that a couple others have had this problem but no solution was posted. Also I read a couple have had this problem on the 11's and it is the clutch.

I am running the t6060 with the spec 3+ clutch with only about 3k on it, and as stated above I just put a new oem TB and upgraded clutch line in yesterday. Let me know what you all think so I can order the parts I need. I am thinking maybe a pressure plate going bad or bad master cyl.

thanks

Problem might be the clutch brand. Read alot of complaints about them.

:puke:Spec! The pressure plate is too stiff.

Also those 6060's are finicky about clutche setups. Do a search for 6060 clutch problems and you will find the info you need.

Only if you get the low pedal requirement option. That lowers the pressure required by the slave cylinder to work the clutch.

So let me get this right, hydraulic-actuated clutch 'sticks' on the floor during high rpm shifts.

Can't be engine torque causing cable/linkage issues because there are none...unless the fluid line to the slave is being pinched, trapping the fluid in the slave.

If the pressure plate caused this issue, what changed going from N/A to FI? Other than more heat in the system, the engine/tranny combo is rocking and rolling more due to the extra oomph.

Look at the mounts for the engine/tranny and the fluid lines to the clutch. Excess movement might be the culprit.

I did search before I bought the clutch and after this problem, I have found a couple people with this problem but no one ever said what they did to fix it. I have not had any problems with this clutch setup at all. Until a wot redline shift from 2nd to 3rd and the pedal stuck to the floor. Tried in neutral and it did the same thing so I thought TOB and replaced it pedal feels great but still is sticking sometimes.

Motor mounts are aftermarket and I just upgraded the clutch line with the TOB to the SS one.

I know they have had this problem on the 2011 gts and they have said the pressure plate splines are over centering, but this is not the same trans or clutch. Also this clutch has not seen any track time at all, just some street runs on street tires. I will order a new clutch if need be I just didnt want to waste my money being the clutch is so new.

From what i have seen, after trying to fix it and make it work to no avail, the fix is to trash the clutch and get a different one!
