Tried replacing fuel filter after researching directions but mine wasn't easy at all.. After getting the plastic cover off I couldn't get my lines off for fear of kinking them. I even loosened the 2 fuel line bracket holders to give more play but when I started to remove the line from the filter it looked like it was putting too much stress on the line because there was no play in it, so I quit. For such an easy job it sure whipped my butt. Did anybody else go through this and feel like they might kink a fuel line in the process? It wouldn't be a problem if the damn filter could be removed from the bracket first because that would give more room and create play so the lines could be removed without putting stress on them, but there was no way I saw to get filter out of the bracket without removing the lines first.... I followed website directions with pics and everything.
Any help on this is appreciated..
