My run last night with M&H dr's and after my 127300 cams was not really what I had hoped.

I ran..

1.994 o-60'
8.66 at the 1/8
81.86 mph
13.49 at the 1/4
104 mph

It was a poor night for track conditions, so traction was an issue for everyone. I couldn't leave any harder than from idle.

I was hoping for close to a 13 or maybe even a 12.90. Maybe my PI 3600 stall sitting in the box will help me.

I did gain 4 mph over what I ran with the stock cams though, so it's making a little more HP..

I need a better 1/8 mile time ...

Anyway, we have 1 more test and tune next friday night.

What's the DA over there? your trap should be higher with what you have on the car so far... 107-108 at least.

  • saturation pressure = 1.067 Hg
  • vapor pressure = 0.395 Hg
  • grains = 60.3
  • air density(without water vapor) = 92.75
  • air density (WITH water vapor) = 91.60
  • density altitude = 2973.65 ft

107-108?? Really? What the heck could be wrong with the car then??

Well i'm not a weather expert but DA does have an effect on the power of the car, for instance I trap 105.xx with my mods... but i'm in jersey.
Have you ever been dynoed? checked the tune etc..?

No dyno's any where near here. I am going to try JDM and get a tune from them.
