We received the parts 2 days before going to PRI, so haven't tested it yet. We want to do a test with various stage heads, cams, etc. etc. all at the same time.

It's just another option for someone that has to have every mod possible. The engine already has a larger stroke from the factory, so the gain from adding stroke is not as large. The deck height has remained the same, so this makes it nearly impossible for a much larger stroke unless you want to sleeve it.

Depends on alot of variables....CR, headwork, cams, etc.....

Yeah, there are a ton of variables.

Our standard displacement engine with the stock cams and the following mods made 441 RWHP through an auto

Livernois 12:1 Pistons/H-Beam Rods
Livernois Stage 1 CNC Heads
FRPP Manifold
Stainless Works Headers, Catted Mid-Pipe, and Catback
Custom CAI
4.10 Ring & Pinion
Circle D Converter
Livernois Motorsports Dyno Tune

Stock vs. above mods

Rick are you running that 12:1 combo off pump gas still, or is it strictly a fuel car or running a mixture?

When it was first finished we had a tight deadline to make a shootout and ran race gas. After the shootout we mixed pump gas and race gas, and the last time out for the year, it was nearly empty and we filled it up with straight 93 octane and it was fine.

Good to know....Im looking into possibly upping compression in my 3V in the future, I figured once I broke that 12:0 compression boundary that I would be looking at running race fuel, but would like to run it off of pump gas if I can.

on a 3V once you start going past 11.8 you start to shroud the valves-ask me how I know. :naughty1:
