So Cliff, do you supply the fans? Do I have to cut the holes for the fans myself? I have the coolant tank and PS reservoir in stock location. Any suggestions on this working with that?

Im doing a custom setup wihtout the fans, so he made one for me that im going to cut to fit my fan. Otherwise yes he sells them with the fans.

You will have to relocate them, heres a thread with idea on where to relocate it.

New fan is here. 250watt motor, 18 amp draw on high, 3600 cfm slim fan to go with the ss shroud.

Its just 3.25" deep to the back of the motor

Yup, 16" is the biggest they make in the "slim" design.

Cut the shroud and mounted the fan up, and got it all intalled!

One thing for feedback Cliff, the shroud was about a 1/4" too tall. This may be because I have an aftermarket radiator, but we made it work no problem.

I'm happy none of the paint cans have holes in them..now the bottom of your boot is a different story.....step, flop, step, flop.....

Yeap also grinded about 1/8" off the sides in 2 spots, basicly where the coolant hoses came out of the radiator on each side.

Ill have to shorten up my measurements then.

Yeah I think it turned out great the 16" looks perfect on there. And this sucker moves some air!

for the intercooler i'm going to use, I'm just need a long aluminum bar to lay on the bumper support to hang the IC from. Maybe I can get something from home depot.
