In my attempt to beat anyone to this, I just linked it. I can bring over the whole article if this is against the rules.

I agree, but I think the M3 is in a different class so of course its going to cost more.

Could definitely pull better than a 12.7 in good hands.

The trap speed is not indicative of a power increase in line with what I was thinking, also the skidpad number is lower than the GT500 with the SVTPP.

It's not really making more power under 5500-6K rpm.. it makes less TQ, actually. The gains all come above 5500 rpm. So, this is about what I expected..

love the car all around!!! but why do they have to come with that paint. :wtf:

I agree. That paint scheme looks like it belongs on the set of a Fast and Furious movie. :puke:

I derive endless pleasure from telling the Bimmer fanboys I work with to eat it, though!

Trap speed could be weather related, skidpad could be tires...?

Excuses I know, but weather and tires could easily negatively effect both numbers.

With R comps and a 200 lb lighter curb weight I was expecting even the worse handling numbers to be higher than the SVTPP GT500. With more power at high revs it should show up in the trap speed no matter the weather.

Weather will most definitely effect MPH in the 1/4 mile. Not considering temp and humidity, DA change alone can effect it considerably

Correct, I have seen 2011 GT's trap as low as 108 mph , but with the dyno results recently I was expecting a trap higher than magazine tested 5.0's. Also considering the time of the year as well.

In the "SOUND" category they listed standard key and track key. I wonder why they didn't post information for each key in the acceleration department, I would like to see the difference.

I don't think the track key adds any peak hp according to Ford, but I am wondering that as well. Don't get me wrong the Boss is damn good, I am just trying to decipher how much is hype and how much is truth.
