So since one person said low 400's, it gives everyone permission to just start trashing the thread. Maybe the op and myself were looking for a little more detail and specific numbers that certain combos made. That's just a guess though...

My old combo made 416rwhp with the bone stock bottom end on a Dyno Dynamics load bearing dyno, IMO any engine that can make 1.48 rwhp per cubic inch is outstanding!

To answer the OP question I think Germanshepard is one of the top N/A dogs,

I'll have numbers sooner or later from my build, I expect 480 or better on the same dyno N/A, the track will tell the real story, my full wieght 2010 gt went 12.13 with a 1.8's 60 ft, stock front wheels/tires and the sway bar still connected with the old combo.....

Really man? Do you not have anything else better to do? As far as I'm concerned you can go beat off some midgets. I made this thread because I was curious what was the highest HP N/A 3v. If anybody needs to learn to read, it's you!

Since.....ummm...never

But a bigger question is when did cubic inches become a cuss word for pony car owners or Mustang owners in general?

Cubes aren't a curse word, never said they were. All I'm saying is that most of the time a huge engine isn't needed to do the job. It's not like we're in the 60's either with limited technology. We don't NEED 7.5L motors to hit our goals. We're not all trying to build top fuel funny cars either. Anything can go fast if you pressurize it enough.

Ford apparently likes more displacement as well, and we are talking N/A performance here so obviously more cubes is better for N/A performance.

I know I was when I saw this thread ... But all I got was a bunch of people talking back and forth about nonsense

Does anyone really have any dyno numbers? ETs are good and everything just looking for dyno numbers is all

Dyno numbers are pretty much useless though. Many different brands, weather conditions, and calibrations.

Let me ask another question, does anyone think that the 3V will make 500 rwhp N/A with a 322 Stroker....11.5 to 1 CR and stage 3 heads/ cams? What is the absolute upper limit for a 4.6 3V and for a 3V based stroker?

You can say the same thing about ETs Many different tracks, tires, how hot the track is, how sticky it is, If they got a bad launch etc. The list probably goes on and on. Im looking for Dyno numbers hence the name of the thread if I was looking for ETs I would go to the ET thread that Ultrakla$$ic was kind enough to post.

ET isn't a measure of HP. Trap speed is.

I didn't feel it was possible. That's why I switched power plant's for the 500-500+ NA hp potential.

LOL ^^

In the middle of doing a 298 stroker build. 3v ported heads w/stock valves, BBR stage 2 cams, UDP, long tubes, CAI, O/R X. Going with Manley -11cc stroker pistons, should yield 9.88:1CR, would like to hit 10.5:1 but haven't found a stroker piston dished for that. Don't want to jump to 11:1+ cuz of the shitty gas we have on the west coast. Also going to use the stock TB and intake manifold with delete plates to start. Once we see some dyno results, we have a FRPP intake manifold on the shelf if it warrants it. We hope to see 400whp and 350wtq at a minimum. I've hit 360whp on a good dyno day with my shitty cams and oversized FRPP pile for a manifold, so this build should be underrated I hope.
