I suppose you guys are right about the warranty... If I decide to go back to stock, I could always have a dealership re-flash my computer, right?
I can tell you from experience when I had my Roush, their tune leaves A LOT on the table. I say go directly to an aftermarket tune if you don't get one with your purchase.
Kit does not include the spark plugs in box. They mail those to you with the ECM reflash. My turn around time from Detroit to Maui was two days. I doubt you can get a tune from a tuner in two days. Most take a week in my experience.
In all reality it will take you two days to do the install anyway.
I suggest you install the stock roush package, test it out for a while and see what you think, and then look at the upgrade kits from VMP or JDM, or someone else if you choose. It is what you want, around 390 rwhp or 430-450 rwhp?? What are you looking for out of your car??
Run the Roush tune for now.....its paid for.
Spend the money on a dyno tune later when your mods warrant the need!

I just had mine installed and the Roush tune is great. I am adding the Roush CAI and will use their tune again until I am ready to have it dyno'd...

We are all trying to save you money. Believe me your car is gonna feel awesome compared to your current setup. Upgrading later is easy.
The Roush tune is fine, but when you decide to upgrade call VMP. They just came out with a 2.49 pulley to get a few more horses. Should be somewhere around 450 to the wheels. Tons of people on the Roush forum have his tunes and have no problems. Mine shold be here tomorrow.

I appreciate it! Talked to my buddy last night and we both agree that it would be best to bet the rough tune. Thanks to everyone for their input!

Good call dude
AandF.....I got my FireWire cable through lethal performance. $15
