My current suspension set up below, I'm getting terrible squeaks every time I hit a bump, driving me nuts. Started happening about a month after I"ve installed all new shocks and struts. Any Idea what it could be? Is it the parts and brand type that usually do this? older springs? Again it's squeaking after normal driving over bumps in the road ever time.

current set up;
Koni yellow adj in rear - Koni sports up front - new steeda bump stop kit -gt500 uca- umi LCR- umi adj panhard bar - * eibauc sport springs *over 3 years old*

Let me know what ya'll think,

Could be a lot of things. Polyurethane bushings will do that if they do not have enough grease.

Thats what i was thinking - especially since it started doing it a few months after installs - so could just a lil grease save me?

The best grease I've ever seen and the one that comes with many aftermarket poly bushings (you know....those tiny little packets with some white-ish gooey grease in them) is the Hotchkiss super grease made especially for this purpose. Is crazy stuff, almost impossible to wash off without some sort of solvent. It blows away all the others mentioned. You can get it from Summit Racing. Link to Super Grease

Maverick - If you go out and buy a grease gun, you can easily do it yourself. The P.Hard Bar has a zirc fitting so you can "grease them up real nice like."

Is the noise up front or in the back? I'd be willin to say that your front strut mounts are shot

While your back there just make sure everything is torqued down under load

For some reason we have noticed the 05-12 Mustang is very sensitive to aftermarket suspension items. Grease will be your best friend.

Make sure all bushing surfaces are greased with a good heavy and sticky grease. Also like mentioned make sure all bolts are tightened with the suspension loaded.

I hope that helps,
Ryan

update - After my performance shop re greased everything the squeak remains!

and its odd how it starts up the same way...first 10 min drive...no squeaks at all...after 10-15 min rear end squeaks over ever bump going slow or fast....after 30 or 40 of constant driving, the driver side rear begins to *crreeeaakkkkkkk* bad creaking sound over bumbs, if i shake the car if i break on and off or when ever the car moves! like an old man.

Might try anti-seize. Been using it for years on a few different cars, never had a noisy bushing and I probably don't clean/lube nearly as often as I should. Due to the metallic content I think it probably accelerates wear, but seems to keep things quiet.

Are you saying that the first 10 minutes each day its good...i.e. you start her up each morning, head out on the road, and for 10 minutes its quiet and then starts to creak as things warm up? Or, are you saying you picked it up from the shop and it was squeak free for the first 10 minutes and it has been creaking and squeaking ever since?

If its the former then...hmmm, not sure. It sounds like heat is involved, i.e. the squeaks don't start until its heated up. What parts have poly bushings: UCA? LCAs? PHB? Note that the UCA is a b i t c h to grease - did the shop specifically say they greased that one?

If its the later..then they are using the wrong grease or perhaps have things to tight, like the bushings are collapsing.

correct on the first --first 10 minutes each day its good....start her up each morning, head out on the road, and for 10 minutes its quiet and then starts to creak as things warm up.

I know you dont wanna hear this but,

Roll down the windows or turn up the radio, hell even hit the gas and listen to that thing scream. Mods can have down sides.

Sorry brotha, i learned that with my rear suspension.
